Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aurora Yacht Charters Puerto Vallarta, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and transparent, our cancellation policy is outlined below:

Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before Charter

• No cancellation penalties will apply.
• A non-refundable administrative fee of $150 USD will be retained.

Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Charter

• 21–30 Days Prior: 25% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• 11–20 Days Prior: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• 10 Days or Less / Day of Charter: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.

No-Shows

• Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled charter (“No-Show”) will be charged the full retail price of the charter.
• By booking, guests agree these charges may be applied to any credit card(s) on file.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
